Samadhi Retreats is looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Executive with a solid background in hotel revenue management , OTA strategies , and F&B sales . If you’re analytical, data-driven, and passionate about unique hospitality experiences, this could be your next move.

What You’ll Do :

Strategically manage online and offline rate structures across OTAs and direct channels.

Use SiteMinder to control inventory, dynamic pricing, and content distribution.

Drive revenue growth through curated e-commerce campaigns for both rooms and F&B.

Leverage hospitality CRM systems to enhance guest engagement and optimize conversions.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to fuel decisions.

Who You Are :

Experienced in hotel e-commerce, OTA distribution, and revenue strategy .

Background in F&B sales or promotions is a plus.

Skilled in SiteMinder .

Familiar with Hubspot a Big PLUS!

Analytical and detail-obsessed – you’re fluent in Excel, dashboards, and trends.

Self-motivated with strong execution skills and a bias for results.
