Job Description

Our sister company, Yuzu, is an Alternative Legal Services Provider. It is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Contract Negotiator for one of its clients, a leading international institutional investment firm. You will be responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts and agreements and liaising with legal terms across their global network. Expertise in contract law, attention to detail, and strong communication skills is essential.

This role is a full time, permanent role, initially working remotely with a view to being on-site at the clients' offices.

Responsibilities

• Contract Negotiation : Engage in negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to establish mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Drafting and Review : Prepare, review, and edit contracts, including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), service agreements, purchase orders, and licensing agreements.
• Risk Assessment : Analyze contract terms, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to mitigate them.
• Legal Compliance : Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Formal qualification as a lawyer is not strictly necessary; this role is open to Paralegals, legal managers or experienced negotiators with strong commercial contract review and management experience.
