Job description

Job Responsibility

Oversee and manage all litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to safeguard company interests.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Support business units with legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelorâs Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.

Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in legal practice and / or in-house legal roles.

Strong experience in litigation and corporate legal advisory.

Exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.

Previous experience in corporate or energy sector is highly advantageous.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
