The Role

The Accounts Executive supports the Finance team in managing Alpha X Technology’s day‑to‑day accounting and reporting activities across Singapore and Malaysia. This role assists in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Working closely with the Senior Finance Manager, the Accounts Executive will gain hands‑on experience in full‑set accounting, audit preparation, and financial operations in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

What you will do :

• Process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense entries.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and assist in timely month‑end closing.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and support intercompany transaction reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation for management review.
• Provide administrative and documentation support during external audit cycles.
• Assist in preparing GST submissions for the Singapore entity and SST filings for the Malaysia entity.
• Support coordination with third‑party service providers such as the company secretary, auditors, and other external consultants as required.
• Ensure filing and record‑keeping practices comply with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Participate in finance‑related projects and provide support on ad‑hoc administrative or reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information flow.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Company as and when required.
