Senior Product Manager

to support growth at the intersection of Retail, Fintech and Data. If you have knowledge and a keen interest in POS and payment systems, operations, or customer support, this role might be for you. You will lead the development and implementation of product strategies and drive product growth, working with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, define product roadmaps, and execute product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a track record of launching and managing products, and experience in agile development environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and objectives

Identify customer needs and develop customer-centric product solutions

Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure successful delivery of product features

Analyze customer behavior and product usage to inform decisions using qualitative and quantitative data

Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and specifications

Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement

Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure product adoption and integration

What We Look For In a Candidate

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching and managing successful products

Experience in agile development and use of product management tools such as JIRA, Miro, etc.

Strong understanding of user experience and technical knowledge

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Passion for creating customer-centric products and delivering exceptional user experiences

Experience in Fintech / SAAS / B2B products is a plus
