HR Manager at X Star Malaysia | We are hiring!

Product Planning & Roadmap

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals
Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities
Develop product positioning and differentiation strategies to enhance adoption and competitiveness

Product Development & Delivery

Translate business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories

Collaborate closely with engineering and design team to deliver high-quality products

Oversee product testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure readiness for launch

Track and optimize product performance against defined success metrics

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with sales, marketing and operations to align priorities and support go-to-market execution

Lead effective product launches and ensure consistent communication of updates

Act as the voice of the user across teams, ensuring decisions are customer-focused

Job Requirements :

Proven track record of owning a product / project from inception to execution with measurable achievements

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in eCommerce, fintech, or internet-based products

Strong skills in customer demand analysis with a customer-first mindset

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and self-learning abilities

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Highly self-motivated, organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
