Coffee R&D Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Site Development Specialist within the Vending Machine Business Unit. The position is on-site and located in Puchong.

Responsibilities :

• Product Innovation : Improve existing beverage products, focusing on quality, taste, and stability to meet evolving consumer needs and market competition.
• Market Research : Accompany sales teams on customer visits, understand brand requirements, and analyze regional market trends to inform product development.
• Employee Training : Develop and deliver personalized product application plans, including on-site demonstrations to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with marketing and R&D to design effective application proposals based on customer needs and market insights.
• Continuous Improvement : Analyze market feedback and sales data to identify areas for product enhancement and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications :

At least 2 years of work experience in product R&D technology application within the beverage industry, particularly in coffee.

Successful track record in coffee product or tea drink development is highly valued.

International barista award winners are encouraged to apply, as this expertise is particularly appreciated.

Proficiency in coffee blending and product development is essential for this role.
