We are seeking candidates proficient in MANDARIN & ENGLISH to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
Accounting – daily transactions, bank reconciliation, fixed assets depreciation, monthly management accounts, adjustment to ensure its correctness
Creditors – verified the validity of creditors’ invoices, ensuring quantities received against billed quantities, prepare payment and issue purchase order
Debtors – statement of accounts, request payment from customer, update payment, update aging and sales reports to Head Office and Sales Department
Stock – update materials or finished goods issue and return record, prepare report for direct raw material, indirect raw material and finished goods and ensure its correctness
Liasing with auditors including assisting in annual audit procedures
Preparing the monthly and annual financial statement and other reports related.
Payroll – checking overtime, recording leave entitled & leave taken, salary calculation
