WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (NON HALAL, MANDARIAN SPEAKING)

Job Responsibilities

• To plan, organise, coordinate and manage the warehouse operation in order to ensure the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost.
• Responsible for overseeing the inventory management and strictly controlling inventory levels to meet internal and external demand of products.
• To lead and carry out periodic spot‑checks of inventory level.
• To plan warehouse layout and space to prevent loss or damage of goods and optimise the warehouse space.
• Ensure effective cycle counting and stock accuracy, perform FIFO principle.
• Maintain documentation transaction database and incoming records with relevant documentation.
• To ensure all warehouse and logistic reports and documentations are recorded timely and accurately.
• To manage inventory system and accuracy of stocks management.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations related to logistics flow, cold chain processes, and warehouse compliance.
• Responsible for high standards of warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management in line with competencies and responsibilities.

Saturday : 07.00 am – 11.00 am

Location : OUG Parklane, Taman OUG, Kuala Lumpur
