Local Product Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Come up with product improvement ideas via profound understanding of the market and client needs.
- Conduct competitor researches and mystery shopping (directly and with external contractors)
- Conduct customer researches, qualitative and quantitative (directly, via agencies, via in-house CS teams and so on). Collect feedback in social media, app stores and so on.
- Look for potential partners and product ideas. Interaction with local partners and the team on implementing product features.
- Coordinate prod testing of our products
- Facilitate demos of the product to the regulator, partners and the local team. Processing their feedback.
