We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive financial performance to support the company’s growth and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Establish and Improve the Group's Financial Management System :

• Formulate and optimize the full spectrum of financial management based on the group's strategic development and support key business decisions.
• Led the development of the group’s financial IFRS and regulatory compliance framework by reviewing external contracts and providing financial risk control and optimization recommendations to strengthen compliance and financial support functions.
• Drive the digital transformation of the group’s financial management by actively participating in system upgrades and process optimization and assisting in the implementation of ERP and financial shared services.
