Accounts and Finance Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting functions including monthly Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Report and necessary reconciliations and adjustment entries.
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of full set accounts including monthly Management Accounts i.e. Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of audit and tax schedule for year-end external audit and taxation submission
• Perform administration support for the team such as data entry, filing and other administration tasks
• Maintain proper record and organisation of filing system
