Job Responsibilities

• Accounting
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Finance
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
• Monitor financial transactions and reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business planning.
• Maintain financial data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support in forecasting and variance analysis.
• Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely submission.
• Assist in audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local financial laws, regulations, and standards.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account and Finance Executive with at least 4 years of working experience to assist the Finance Manager on all account and finance related matters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

While not requiring a professional qualified accountant, the candidate should have at least a degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field with some knowledge of finance, management or strategy. Experience with accounting in construction sector is a plus. The candidate should be proactive, motivated, and willing to learn; guidance and training will be provided.
