Job description

Job Descriptions

  • Assist guests check-in and check-out.
  • Welcome guests with the best service.
  • Ensure customers check-in under a comfortable environment.
  • Attend customer complaints and report to the Manager before making any decisions.
  • Fulfil customer requirements and needs.
  • Upsell any package or promotion upon communicating with guests.
  • Answering phone calls and recording down any enquiries or replies instantly to improve sales.
  • Check bookings upon receiving any bookings from OTAs or Hotel websites.
  • Handeled OTAs extranet replying guest messages and enquiries.
  • Run night audits and prepare registration form, breakfast vouchers, key card holder.
  • Must embrace job rotation.
