Job descriptionWelcome guests professionally and assist with check-in and check-out Answer phone calls, emails, and handle guest inquiries or special requests Manage room reservations and update the booking system accurately Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction Handle billing, payments, and daily cash reports Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and services Address and resolve guest complaints politely and efficiently Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Ensure confidentiality of guest data and sensitive information
