Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and sales-driven Admin Sales team member to support our online business operations. The role involves handling customer inquiries, creating engaging content, managing sales databases, following up with leads, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and contributing directly to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via TikTok, Shopee, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Create and post sales-oriented content (captions, product highlights, promotions) on social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain and update customer and sales databases for accurate records and follow-up.
- Actively follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve targets.
- Assist in packing parcels and performing QC (quality checks) to ensure orders are shipped accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to generate ideas that boost sales performance.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for service improvement.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales / customer service / admin support is an advantage.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in (English / Malay / other required languages).Creative in content creation and familiar with social media trends.Sales-driven with the ability to persuade and convert leads into sales.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks (database, chats, packing).Positive attitude, responsible, and a strong team player.Benefits
