Job Responsibility

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for FIT, GA, MICE, FS, and G-Stay, with a strong focus on hotel bookings and coordination under the G-Stay program.
• Handle manual bookings, changes, cancellations, and special requests in line with company policies and partner guidelines, especially for G-Stay.
• Liaise with hotels, suppliers, PICs, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and accurate fulfilment of G-Stay and other bookings.
• Support the respective Manager / Superior in ensuring booking accuracy, service quality, and overall efficiency.
• Monitor and follow up on pending bookings, confirmations, payments, and supplier responses.
• Resolve customer and partner issues promptly and professionally, with priority on G-Stay cases.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and communications for transparency and traceability.
