Production Engineer / Supervisor / Leader

Overview

This is a full-time Production Engineer / Supervisor / Leader role based in Banting, Selangor at Glovmaster Sdn Bhd, a leading glove manufacturing company. You will play a key supervisory and leadership role, overseeing the day-to-day production operations to ensure quality, efficiency and safety standards are met. What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of production teams to meet quality, efficiency and safety targets Monitor and analyse production data to identify opportunities for process improvements Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime Provide technical guidance and training to production staff to enhance their skills Collaborate with other departments such as quality, maintenance and logistics to ensure seamless operations Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and procedures What we're looking for

Degree in Engineering, Production Management or a related technical field Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar production supervisory or leadership role Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control and process improvement techniques Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities What we offer
