We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Cloud Engineer to join our team at TRAJAN SCIENTIFIC MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Nibong Tebal, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and maintenance to our on-premises IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Systems Engineer or IT Systems Administrator role
• Strong knowledge of server and network technologies, including Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Proficient in implementing and managing cloud infrastructure and services
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IT service management best practices
