We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Cloud Engineer to join our team at TRAJAN SCIENTIFIC MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Nibong Tebal, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and maintenance to our on-premises IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Systems Engineer or IT Systems Administrator role
Strong knowledge of server and network technologies, including Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Proficient in implementing and managing cloud infrastructure and services
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and documentation skills
Familiarity with IT service management best practices

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's on-premises servers, networking equipment, and cloud infrastructure

Implement and administer cloud-based services and applications

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to servers, networks, and cloud platforms

Develop and document IT processes and procedures to ensure system stability and security

Provide technical guidance and support to end-users

Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and projects

Continuously research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
