Cloud Service Operations Specialist | Mandarin+English
This role focuses on the operations, maintenance, and technical support of our cloud-based SaaS systems. You will work closely with business users, internal technical teams, and overseas stakeholders to ensure system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor system performance and handle incidents.
- Troubleshoot system errors, data issues, and user problems.
- Provide bilingual (Mandarin / English) support to US users and internal teams.
- Assist with system configuration, updates, and testing.
- (Supervisor level) Lead team operations and oversee SLA performance.
Requirements :
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Willness to work in shifts, including overnight shift (with allowance ).Supervisor : 5+ years in cloud / SaaS / system operations + team lead experience.Senior : 2–4 years in SaaS / IT support / system ops; able to work independently.Junior : Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience; willing to learn cloud / SaaS operations.Seniority level
