Job Description
1. Core Responsibilities
a. Vehicle Financing & Loan Processing
- Evaluate customers’ financial situations to recommend suitable financing options (loans, leases, insurance packages).
- Submit finance applications to banks, financial institutions, or in-house financing programs.
- Ensure compliance with lenders’ requirements and dealership policies.
- Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules with customers.
b. Insurance & Add-On Products
Offer vehicle insurance, extended warranties, and other add-on products.Explain terms, coverage, and benefits to customers clearly.Coordinate with insurance providers for seamless processing.c. Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding finance and insurance queries.Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.Handle customer complaints or issues regarding financing or insurance.d. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all finance contracts are accurate, complete, and legally compliant.Maintain proper records of all finance and insurance transactions.Stay updated on local laws, banking regulations, and consumer protection policies.e. Sales Support & Dealership Performance
Collaborate with sales team to close deals efficiently.Advise on financing packages that maximize dealership profitability.Assist in developing pricing, promotions, or special financing schemes.f. Reporting & Administration
Prepare monthly / quarterly reports on finance activities, loan approvals, and revenue from financing.Monitor dealership finance performance against targets.Track delinquent accounts and coordinate collections if necessary.Performance Indicators
Number and value of finance contracts successfully closed.Percentage of finance deals approved by banks or lenders.Revenue generated from financing, insurance, and add-on products.Customer satisfaction and repeat business rate.Compliance and accuracy of documentation.Requirements
Strong knowledge of automotive financing, loans, leasing, and insurance products.Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Customer-centric mindset with effective communication skills.Attention to detail for contract documentation and compliance.Analytical skills for evaluating customers’ creditworthiness and loan terms.Familiarity with finance software or dealership management systems (DMS).
