Key Responsibilities :
Lead Financial Planning and Analysis : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing insights to support decision‑making across the company.
Ensure Financial Stability : Monitor financial performance, ensuring financial health as we expand into new markets and regions.
Strategic Business Partnering : Work with department heads to provide financial advice, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support growth.
Manage Financial Operations : Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance with financial regulations.
Improve Financial Processes : Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency while maintaining financial controls.
Risk Management : Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring long‑term growth.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Chartered Accountant certification is preferred.
7–8+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably within the food industry or retail.
3–5 years of proven managerial experience.
Experience driving strategic financial projects in high‑growth or dynamic environments.
Demonstrated experience streamlining processes and improving financial forecasting systems.
Proven track record of working effectively in fast‑paced, evolving business settings.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Expertise in Excel and financial software.
Proficiency in ERP systems.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial insights to senior leadership.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Mandarin speaker preferred to effectively collaborate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
High attention to detail, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in ambiguity.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
