Providing comprehensive nursing care for patients by providing supportive care, collaborating with other healthcare providers / services, and navigating the total care of patients from admission to discharge. The State Registered Nurse / Senior State Registered Staff Nurse must exhibit professional and evidence-based practices.

Duties & Responsibilities
Apply an integration of nursing theory, clinical and evidence-based practices in providing holistic care for patients and their families, visitors.Formulate, implement and document a holistic plan of nursing care that is communicated and clarified with the patient / family.Document patient history, physical examination data, nursing care plan and interventions and the patient's responses in the medical record in a timely manner in accordance with nursing standard operating procedures (SOP).Demonstrate excellent communication skills during all phases of the therapeutic relationship.Create a positive environment by listening and offering support and maintaining confidentiality at all times.Experience & Qualifications
Diploma in Nursing : Minimum 3 years of working experience as Staff Nurse in a hospital or similar setting. Fresh graduates who graduated with Diploma in Nursing is encouraged to apply.Have a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Basic Life Support (BLS).Preferably candidate who already attended training by IKN.Preferably staff nurse from different specialties (OT / Radiology / Oncology / Ward)
