Drive sales growth across Agroz’s full product portfolio—including premium produce, vertical farming systems, and sustainability solutions—by building strong relationships with HORECA, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts across HORECA, retail, distribution, and corporate sectors .
- Lead a team of sales executives to deliver consistent results and uphold customer satisfaction.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline covering both recurring produce sales and one-off system installations.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure demand planning aligns with farm production schedules.
- Work with Marketing to execute promotions, events, and corporate engagement programs.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms.
- Track performance using CRM tools, maintain forecasts, and report sales KPIs weekly.
- Represent Agroz at trade shows and corporate sustainability events.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience in F&B, agriculture, FMCG, or related industries.Proven success managing key accounts and expanding revenue across multiple channels.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficient in CRM and sales analytics platforms.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin advantageous.Seniority level
