We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our inbound and outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales or IT system integration business, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a small team of inbound and outbound sales representatives
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Drive sales performance through effective coaching, training, and performance management
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights to senior management
