Responsibilities
- Project Delivery : Define, track, and validate project scope, timeline, and resources. Manage deviations, risks, and issues promptly with clear reporting. Act as the key liaison between Group Tech and business stakeholders.
- Compliance & Governance : Ensure all projects comply with bank policies, SDLC standards (Agile & Waterfall), and PM best practices. Manage vendor relationships : planning, monitoring, payments, and deliverable validation. Track project costs and ensure alignment with budgets.
- Technical & Methodology Proficiency : Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, functional / technical validation, and basic infrastructure awareness. Lead Agile / Scrum teams, facilitate sprint planning, remove impediments, and ensure delivery excellence.

Manage regional digital projects for banking applications used by millions.Collaborate closely with virtual banking business partners.Deliver software enhancements in both Agile and Waterfall environments.Requirements
6+ years of relevant project management experience.Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.Advanced proficiency in Program & Project Management.Intermediate proficiency in Estimation and Planning.Seniority level
