Responsibilities

• Project Delivery : Define, track, and validate project scope, timeline, and resources. Manage deviations, risks, and issues promptly with clear reporting. Act as the key liaison between Group Tech and business stakeholders.
• Compliance & Governance : Ensure all projects comply with bank policies, SDLC standards (Agile & Waterfall), and PM best practices. Manage vendor relationships : planning, monitoring, payments, and deliverable validation. Track project costs and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Technical & Methodology Proficiency : Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, functional / technical validation, and basic infrastructure awareness. Lead Agile / Scrum teams, facilitate sprint planning, remove impediments, and ensure delivery excellence.
