Overview
IT Recruitment Consultant at Innovatz Global – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (full-time on-site role). The role involves providing Level 2 support for Aladdin, handling day-to-day operational tasks, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure the smooth functioning of investment tools and systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for the Aladdin platform and related investment tools.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with investment teams to support the investment process and improve tool functionality.
- Follow up on outstanding L2 incidents and service requests through to closure, and keep users informed about ticket status.
