Responsibilities
- Efficiently processing and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records
- Sending timely invoices to customers and following up on outstanding payments
- Reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies or disputes
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure the integrity of financial data
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the accounts receivable function
- Providing customer service and responding to inquiries in a professional manner
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards
Requirements
