SalesForce Senior Consultant (AgentForce)

Mode : Hybrid (3 days client site KL, 2 days WFH)

Responsibilities :

 Responsibilities will range from business consulting / analysis to project

management activities in Salesforce implementation projects.

 Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology

 Main tasks will be related to business analysis and project management on an

end-to-end basis in Salesforce implementation projects

 Business requirements : gather, analyze, improve, prioritize to implement

Salesforce AgentForce

 Project management : plan, track, ensure key metrics are in line with project

deadlines

 Problem solving : identify, mitigate, resolve outstanding issues for smooth project

delivery

Requirements :

 Certification or relevant working experience in AgentForce

 Minimum 4 years project experience in Salesforce implementation and

configuration

 Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team setting

 Strong functional and technical understanding, experience in Apex and LWC

(Lightning Web Components) required

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM11, RM12,500.00 per month
