Creator Management role at Nexus Concept Online Sdn Bhd

Base pay range

Job Responsibility

• Meet the monthly target for new affiliate recruitment.
• Send invitations to creators.
• Search for creators through TikTok Affiliate Marketing, Facebook, WhatsApp, or any other relevant platforms.
• Arrange product samples with brand owners.
• Actively follow up on affiliate progress, including video and live content performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on product highlights, promotions, and live sessions for affiliate marketing.
• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with high-potential or high-performing creators.
• Manage affiliate activities during brand or product launches, especially on major sales days.
• Report on the return on investment (ROI) for product samples and total sales generated.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends and contribute creative content ideas.
• Submit daily work progress reports.
• Coordinate with the content creator department by sharing footage from creators to help generate more content for the official account.
• Manage all TikTok affiliate groups, including sending product links and footage to encourage creators to recreate content with product links.
• Monitor all affiliate sales and collaborate with marketing to maximize results and affiliate revenue.
