Base pay range

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of General Ledger accounting, identify and resolve operational issues relating to accounting.
• Prepare FA listing, loan calculation application of bank facilities and schedule and etc.
• Prepare payment voucher and ensure proper documentation and approvals for all payments.
• Handle staff commission and claims as well as monthly statutory payment.
• Update and monitor collection from customers including payments by cheques, online transfer, credit card and petty cash.
• Monitor daily transactions, bank balances, bank reconciliations and month-end closings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance of records, documents and filing.
• Handle submission of E-invoice, SST and any documentation that requires to be submitted to LHDN / Customs.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internally regarding billing and payment issues.
• To carry out additional task / work as directed by management from time to time.
