Other Requirements :

• L3 Production Support for banking applications
• Incident investigation and coordination with stakeholders (vendor, tester, user, L1 / L2)
• Testing scope management and support for fixes
• Ctrl-M batch job failure investigation and workaround implementation
• Middleware and OS patching, certificate renewal support
• Strong experience in J2EE applications and / or Microsoft Dynamics
• Expertise in MSSQL and / or Oracle databases
• CRM experience is a plus
