We’re a small but an agile team, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager with the strategic mindset to lead, the creativity to captivate audiences, and the experience to make things happen.

(Besides making us look like the rockstars of private equity)

Strategy Architect – Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital platforms, and events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Brand Builder – Oversee content creation for websites, social media, and email campaigns while ensuring consistency with our brand messaging.

Market Analyst – Conduct research to identify trends, understand consumer behavior, and stay ahead of competitors in the financial services space.

Budget Wizard – Manage the marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively for maximum impact.

Collaboration Pro – Work closely with sales and product development teams to support new product launches and align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Performance Tracker – Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign results, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Relationship Cultivator – Build strong partnerships with vendors, media representatives, and external stakeholders to amplify our reach.

• ️ Have at least 4 years of experience in marketing management (especially in financial services or private equity).
• ️ Thrive in fast-paced environments where multitasking is a must.
• ️ Are fluent in digital marketing tools like CRM platforms and automation software.
• ️ Can think creatively while staying grounded in data-driven strategies.
• Experience working in digital marketing agencies handling private equity clients.
• A solid understanding of market research techniques and statistical analysis methods.
• A proactive approach to identifying new growth opportunities for the brand.
