As a Senior Associate in Corporate Advisory, you will leverage your expertise to drive impactful corporate finance engagements from conducting detailed financial due diligence reviews to offering strategic IPO advisory services. Assist in corporate finance engagements, including but not limited to, financial due diligence review, valuation and IPO advisory services. Assist in market and industry research and analysis. Assist in drafting reports and documents in a timely manner. Job Requirements :

Recognised degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification. Possess 2 to 3 years of audit / corporate finance experience. Possess strong analytical, quantitative, financial modelling and communication skills. Able to work independently and committed to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and dedicated to deliver quality service.
