Network and Security Risk Manager (KL Based)

Overview

Our client is seeking a Network Security & Risk Lead to manage the security, compliance, and resilience of their COE in Malaysia KL . This role oversees GRC, vendors, data privacy, regulations and compliance measures across international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, operation, and risk governance of network and security systems to maintain a stable and compliant platform.
• Oversee network architecture across data centers, cross-border links, and cloud environments with strong security and compliance focus.
• Drive security certification and compliance programs (ISO 27001, MLPS, GDPR, PDPA).
• Manage risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability remediation to strengthen defense-in-depth.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regulators on data protection, access control, and cross-border compliance matters.
