Manager, PR & Influencer Marketing

Overview

Position Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and driven PR & Influencer Marketing professional to support and execute strategic communications initiatives that amplify our brand presence across earned and owned media. You will be responsible for building strong media relations, managing influencer campaigns and driving integrated storytelling that resonates with key audiences.

Role And Responsibilities

Public Relations (PR) :

• Plan and drive initiatives to maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders (media, analysts, influencers, etc.) to build positive brand perception.
• Develop and execute PR strategies, press releases, media kits, product seedings and communication materials.
• Build strategic storytelling that links product innovation with culture and passion points.
• Plan and execute press conferences, media events and brand experiences.
• Manage day-to-day media relations : respond to media queries, coordinate interviews and cultivate strong relationships with key journalists.
• Monitor media coverage and ensure timely reporting, analysis and performance optimization to meet set KPIs.
• Work closely with PR agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and effective media relations management.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign execution across channels.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and cultural moments to identify earned storytelling opportunities.
