This is a mission-critical leadership role for an experienced High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) expert. You will take full operational and technical command of a modern HPDC department in the Vietnam plant.

Key Responsibilities

• As the Operations Manager, you will be the ultimate owner of the Die Casting department's performance. Responsibilities span leadership, production, and technical excellence.
• Total Ownership : Lead and manage all Production and Engineering activities.
• KPI Achievement : Directly responsible for hitting key targets : Output, OEE, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Technical Authority : Hold technical control over the entire casting process, from alloy melting to parameter optimization.
• Mold Management : Lead the Mold Design, Fabrication, and Repair teams, including setting up preventive maintenance (PM).
• Drive Improvement : Lead Kaizen projects and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce defects and save costs.
