Recruitment Consultant (Human Resources) - Kota Damansara

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will support the full recruitment process for a wide range of industries :

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases
• Screen and interview potential candidates via phone and video calls
• Coordinate job applications, track candidate progress, and maintain recruitment data
• Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and provide candidate recommendation
• Support offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with both clients and candidates
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote FIND Talents and client brands
• Gain insights into various job functions, company cultures, and industry trends
