Company Background

We are representing our client in Mining & Building Materials industry . As the company prepares for expansion, they are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to be based at their HQ in Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
• Prepare letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll input, leave administration, and attendance tracking.
• Support training coordination and employee development programs.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Organize employee engagement events and wellness programs.
• Handle HR inquiries and support internal communication efforts.
