Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shah Alam for a Technical Costing Engineer. The Technical Costing Engineer will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for new valve products, analyzing material and labor costs, collaborating with engineering and production teams, and ensuring cost-effective manufacturing processes. Additionally, the role will involve evaluating suppliers\' cost structures and providing financial forecasts and reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in cost estimation and financial analysis
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
• Proficiency in cost accounting and financial forecasting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the valve or oil & gas industry is a plus
• Proficiency with cost estimation software and tools
