Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Electronics / Communication or have knowledge of phone systems and components Able take multiple task Preferably can start to work immediately Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as training will be provided
Overview
Responsible for testing smartphones functionality, troubleshooting problems, and replacing damaged parts and components.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all repairs preformed meet the company’s quality standards
- Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of store and repair stations
- Support productivity by ensuring all request is handled in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed key performance service and repair objective
- Attend and complete company’s technical and non-technical training
