Overview
Responsible for testing smartphones functionality, troubleshooting problems, and replacing damaged parts and components.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all repairs preformed meet the company’s quality standards
- Disassemble, test, and replace defective parts
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of store and repair stations
- Support productivity by ensuring all request is handled in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed key performance service and repair objective
- Attend and complete company’s technical and non-technical training
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any fieldPreferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Electronics / Communication or have knowledge of phone systems and componentsAble take multiple taskPreferably can start to work immediatelyFresh graduates are welcomed to apply as training will be provided#J-18808-Ljbffr
