Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of highly skilled SDRs, fostering skill development, performance excellence, and career growth.
• Drive pipeline creation and opportunity generation, ensuring alignment with regional revenue goals.
• Monitor and manage key KPIs, including outreach activity, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Implement training, enablement programs, and process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align strategies, ensure consistent messaging, and optimize the lead-to-opportunity process.
