Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Functional (job responsibilities) :

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive sales surveillance frameworks to monitor bancassurance sales activities for adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk departments to ensure all bancassurance products and sales processes meet the latest regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and report on sales‑related incidents, recommending corrective actions and preventative measures.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service level agreements (SLAs) for all bancassurance operations.
• Establish and manage a robust complaint‑handling framework for bancassurance products, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer grievances.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for increasing bancassurance product penetration across the bank's customer base.
• Develop and implement strategies and campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to enhance cross‑selling and up‑selling of bancassurance products.
• Monitor and report on bancassurance customer acquisition, retention, and penetration rates, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
• Take ownership of the end‑to‑end execution of new bancassurance initiatives and projects, from conceptualization to launch and post‑launch review.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
