Overview
Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) – Sepang, Selangor. To provide front-line procurement helpdesk services with a primary focus on supporting the e-procurement system to ensure smooth operation of procurement transactions in compliance with MCMC's policies and governance framework.
Responsibilities
- Timely resolution of procurement and system-related inquiries
- Serve as first point of contact for procurement helpdesk (internal & suppliers), log, track, and resolve tickets within SLA, and escalate unresolved cases to relevant procurement or IT personnel
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for e-procurement system issues, guide users and suppliers on system usage, and conduct remote / onsite assistance for login, navigation, and transaction processing
- Efficient coordination with IT and vendors
- Liaise with IT team and system vendor to resolve technical issues, monitor resolution progress and update users, and follow up on system enhancement requests or bug fixes
- Monthly helpdesk performance reporting
- Compile statistics on inquiries, resolution times, and common issues, and identify trends and recommend improvements
- Supplier onboarding and support
- Assist suppliers with registration, account activation, and document submission and provide guidance on compliance requirements and e-procurement processes
Qualifications & Work Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business procurement operations, helpdesk Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Information Technology, or any related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in procurement operations, helpdesk support, or customer serviceExperience in using or supporting e-procurement systems is an advantageFamiliarity with procurement policies, SOPs, and governance requirements in a government or corporate environment is preferredGood communication skills in English and Malay, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving and customer service orientationBasic IT troubleshooting skills, particularly in system login, navigation, and transaction issuesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and work under pressureTeamwork and collaborationProblem-solving and decisionIntegrity and complianceCandidate must be willing to work in Cyberjaya#J-18808-Ljbffr
