Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure the best commercial and contractual terms.

• Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in line with project requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, timely delivery, and service commitments.
• Develop and maintain supplier databases, market intelligence, and cost benchmarking for construction materials and services.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and quantity surveyors to align procurement activities with project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and inventory management to avoid project delays.
• Track, analyze, and report procurement cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.
• Assist in resolving procurement-related disputes, claims, or contractual issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cost optimization strategies.
