proposal engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES :

• Prepares the proposal submission for both Commercial and Industrial Project Tenders.
• Analyses client's proposals and tenders.
• Delivers of final proposal documents to clients on schedule .
• Executes detailed designs calculations and costing.
• Best cost sourcing and price negotiations with suppliers or contractors for goods and equipments.
• Work closely with inter-departments, customer & vendors on project specifications and clarification during pre-sales or order negotiations process, assess and manage requests for proposal quotes on the supply of telecommunication solutions (example CCTV, PAGA, Radio & Telephone Systems).
• Assist client / customer with all kinds of queries and clarifications.
• Others duties including in project planning ,scheduling,document preparation and arrangement of site materials.
