Bekerjasama dalam pasukan untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi. Melaksanakan apa-apa tugasan lain seperti diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan. Boleh bekerja secara shift (termasuk malam & hujung minggu). Sikap rajin, positif, dan boleh menerima arahan. Pengalaman atau latihan dalam bidang kulinari adalah satu kelebihan. Mesra pelanggan dan boleh berkomunikasi dengan baik.
Job description
TANGGUNGJAWAB UTAMA Bahagian Dapur (Kitchen Crew) :
- Membantu dalam penyediaan bahan mentah dan memasak mengikut SOP yang ditetapkan.
- Mempunyai kemahiran asas memasak dan mampu menyediakan hidangan steamboat & grill dengan kualiti konsisten.
- Calon yang mempunyai latar belakang dalam bidang kulinari akan diberi keutamaan.
- Menjaga kebersihan kawasan dapur, peti sejuk dan peralatan memasak.
- Menyusun dan menyimpan stok bahan makanan secara sistematik dan bersih.
