About the role

Mania Cafe is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Cafe Crew (Warisan Square) to join our team in our vibrant cafe located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a full-time cafe crew member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our bustling establishment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and requests
• Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth running of the cafe
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and health and safety guidelines
