Nalagroups is hiring a Full time Service Crew role in Gelang Patah, Johor. Apply now to be part of our team.

Job summary :

Looking for candidates available to work :
Monday : Evening
Tuesday : Evening
Wednesday : Evening
Thursday : Evening
Friday : Evening
Saturday : Evening
1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
Expected salary : RM3,200 - RM3,500 per month

Position : Waitress

Company Background : Clubbing Entertainment

Salary Range : Basic up to RM 3500

Working Days : Mon - Sat

Working Hours : 9pm to 4am - Rotation

Location : Downtown area JB

Key Responsibilities :

Provide attentive, empathetic, and courteous guest service at all times.

Manage Club operations including check-in / out

Personalize guest experiences by remembering preferences, making courtesy calls, and updating guest profiles.

Maintain high standards in food and beverage service, including cleanliness, presentation, and equipment condition.

Ensure lounge, guestrooms, and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly set up.

Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Room Service for smooth operations.
